Follow these steps to get Receiving & GRN running in your account.
Navigate to the PO that has arrived. InvenPro shows all line items with ordered quantity and previously received quantity.
Type the quantity received per line. If a shipment is short, enter what arrived — outstanding quantity stays open.
Record any damaged or missing items with a note. These discrepancies are saved in the GRN for vendor follow-up.
Click Save — stock levels update immediately, the GRN is generated, and the PO status updates to Partial or Received.
