By accessing or using InvenPro ("the Service") operated by Win Central Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
InvenPro is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for Myanmar and Southeast Asian businesses. The Service includes inventory tracking, procurement management, sales order processing, financial reporting, and related modules as described at invenpro.net.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
InvenPro offers a free tier with core features at no cost. Premium features, additional storage, or enterprise capabilities may be offered under paid plans announced separately. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) access other tenants' data; (e) use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights; (f) resell the Service without written permission.
You retain full ownership of your business data entered into InvenPro. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, MFA, and encrypted backups. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and controlling user access within your account.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen outages, or third-party failures may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win Central Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yangon, Myanmar.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
