We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and business information when you create an account or use our services. We also collect usage data automatically, including log data, device information, and how you interact with InvenPro.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve InvenPro; process transactions; send transactional and promotional communications; monitor and analyze usage trends; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region. We implement row-level security (RLS), multi-factor authentication (MFA), encrypted backups, and audit logging on every transaction to protect your data.
InvenPro is a multi-tenant application. Each tenant's data is strictly isolated using row-level security policies enforced at the database level. No tenant can access another tenant's data.
We use essential cookies to operate the service (authentication sessions). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion within 30 days.
InvenPro uses Supabase (database and auth), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each service is bound by their own privacy policies and processes only the minimum data needed.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of InvenPro after changes constitutes acceptance.
